The Elite Mach 1 features a premium touch screen control system designed in-house for total operator control. High-Performance Heating & Airflow Control
The Elite Mach 1 features Truflow’s fifth-generation direct fired gas heating and airflow system, delivering fast, efficient, and highly controlled performance. A centrifugal supply fan, turbo axial exhaust, and modulating gas burner work together to provide accurate airflow and temperature control during spray and bake cycles, maintaining curing accuracy to ±1°C. With rapid ramp-up times of around 60 seconds to full cure temperature, the system ensures shorter cycle times, consistent results, and economical operation for high-volume paint shops.
