Automotive Repair Facility – Moorabbin Victoria
Installed in 2023 by Truflow Spray Booths this key repair facility was part of the continued partnership between Repair-Hub and Truflow.
Following the design principles set out in the rapid repair process, the installation was completed with a Truflow Elite Series Fast cure spray booths at the heart of the operations. Preparation bays, masking bays, Infra-red repairs were all integrated within the same line on a horizontal skate system.
The Elite Spray Booths include Truflow’s Jet Air Dry System, multi program PLC controllers and high volume air and bake systems which include recycle functions during the bake process.
This design of facility can accommodate 60 to 80 cars per week with reduced working hours and baking times.
Truflow have continued to implement these facilities for repairhub throughout the National network.
Ultimately this facility is another Australian made global benchmark in high volume, quality production facilities in the Automotive repair sector.
