Space Saving Air Handling

The real advantage of the spray pro is its versatility, the ability to save space with roof mounted machinery. Tru-advances in technology have lead to more compliancy systems that can still maintain high end machinery without the compromise of space. Standard with Direct Fired GAS air handling unit and direct drive motors with backward curved centrifugal type impellors on the inlet. Modulating GAS head controls for a cleaner heat with more efficient consumption are standard.

Construction
50mm Acoustic Panel – White colorbond both sides, interlocking wall panel system Doors, walls and ceiling fully insulated to conserve valuable energy.

System Controls

The Truflow Control unit for the Spray Booth incorporates visual LED temperature controller with fully functional automatic settings – For a Consistent Spray Temperature. This can be set 20 Degrees above ambient. Fully Functional warning lights, purging are also mounted to the control box with simple heads up display and warning lights. All control box components are as per AS/NZS Standards. The high Quality Control Box uses only high quality Japanese and locally sourced components that are available Australia wide for easy replacement if necessary.

Filters

TRUFLOW Spray Booths have a larger engineered inlet Plenum; a high plenum improves airflow significantly over competitor's offerings. 4 Large Easy Change Filter frames - Filter Media- High Quality Filter ( 560 G / 600CDM)Filter frames mounted in the plenum chamber are of an Aluminum Rigid construction with a unique double seal edge specifically designed by TRUFLOW. The inlet Plenum frame is a high strength purling construction with polyurethane plastic filter tags.

Lighting
Superb lighting to 1250 lux with high and low level , slim tube, extended life, Day light fluorescent lights installed at 45 Degree Angles, a number of lighting options avaliable.
Easily accessed for maintenance.
