Automotive Repair Facility – Rapid Repair Centre

Patrick Autocare came to TRUFLOW with a critical time frame; the new port of Brisbane facility was due to be finished in a matter of weeks and the panel shop was without a spray booth supplier. Patrick Autocare put the project out to tender and the decision came down to wanting a local supplier who manufactures quality equipment in Australia to National standards. Timing was critical as the clock was ticking but the quality and efficiency of equipment had to be state of the art. In the end the decision was easy; Patrick Autocare had a 3D Design and project plan within a matter of days and the project was able to be started.

The TRUFLOW team expedited production and were able to deliver a truck booth, a full downdraught Automotive oven, a three care prep bay and a paint mixing room in record time. The facility was operational ready to start work in the transition period to the new Port of Brisbane facility. The entire spray shop project was delivered turnkey by TRUFLOW; managing Gas lines, power supplies, roof flashings and co-ordination.

While not every project is turn-key it is important to know that TRUFLOW can deliver such a project to customers that require this service. This was the first Patrick Autocare facility delivered by TRUFLOW but we expect it wont be the last.
