Bus Repair Facility – Respray & Damage repair facility

The spray booths designed and installed at Brisbane City Council feature Carbon Filtration on the exhaust, these carbon filter capture odours to mitigate emissions. This type of filtration exceeds the national requirements and is a Benchmark in spray painting filtration.

Three booths have been installed at BCC, Including two (2) Truck Spray Booths and One (1) Component Booth. A mixing room has also been fitted, all carry carbon filtration elements.

The space was a tight fit, it required advanced CAD modelling and engineering for the TRUFLOW team to implement this system. The final design is an effective use of space, tailored to the workshops low roofline while maintaining a full size booth opening. Airflow rates are maintained via Variable speed drives and the cabin provides a bright and clean environment by way of 10um (micron) supply filters.
